I am going to attempt to make my grandfathers pound cake today. It is definately at least a month over due. 😏 I love him though.
I wanna make some just because cupcakes too. Maybe I’ll give them to the people at my moms job.

Making Red.
This has to be the most ridiculous task ever. Making red is horrible. I need help. Too much food coloring will make it bitter, sooo I’m really not sure how to handle this situation. Do I present the color and nasty icing or good icing with a “rosy” “pink” color. ORRRRR I could always try and master both so I have the best RED icing around. lol I need help. In case you forgot.
This is after at least 1/2 tsp of red gel food coloring. still looks pink…
I need one of my artistic friends to help me with the color wheel.
